Description

Fluxscout mobile Eddy Covariance tower is based on Campbell Scientific IRGASON technology. Is a fully integrated open-path eddy covariance system combining a 3-D sonic anemometer and an open-path CO₂/H₂O gas analyzer into a single compact instrument. Designed for high-precision flux measurements, it minimizes spatial separation between wind and gas measurements, providing superior data quality under real environmental conditions. The system is ideal for ecosystem research, greenhouse gas exchange studies, and flux tower applications.

Applications

  • Carbon, water vapor, and energy flux measurements

  • Ecosystem-scale GHG exchange research

  • Long-term micrometeorological monitoring

  • Flux towers, agricultural and forest sites

Key Features

  • Integrated sonic anemometer and gas analyzer for reduced spatial and temporal lag

  • Real-time CO₂, H₂O, and 3-D wind data with low power consumption

  • High-frequency output up to 20 Hz

  • Heated optical windows to prevent condensation and frost

  • Compatible with Campbell dataloggers and third-party flux processing systems
